Haute cuisine and solidarity under the lemon trees of Paolino
On October 23, 2023, the historic lemon grove of the Da Paolino restaurant hosted one of the most anticipated evenings of the 2023 edition of That’s Amore Capri: the traditional charity dinner in support of the Soleterre Foundation.
The dinner was created by two-Michelin-starred chef Gennarino Esposito, in collaboration with Paolino’s kitchen brigade and with the support of the De Martino family, among the founding members of the festival. An evening that combined gastronomic excellence and a spirit of solidarity, confirming once again the human and cultural value of the project.
Special guest of the evening: Biagio Izzo, who treated the audience to a moment of lightheartedness and great emotional engagement.
The proceeds from the dinner were donated to the Soleterre Foundation to support oncological programs dedicated to children and families in need. An initiative that renews That’s Amore Capri’s concrete commitment to those most in need, even beyond the summer season.
